Important Bulletin: Maxum Trolley Sprockets

LiftMaster is updating unused/unboxed MAXUM Trolley operators to add an anchor bolt and further secure the sprocket to the shaft, after reports suggesting that then factory installed sprocket may be loose in the box or become loose and disengage after installation.

If you have purchased a unit from R&S Automation, one of our representatives will personally reach out to you to assist you with the replacement.
